As I sit here in the midst of a cyclone currently causing havoc, I thought instead of sewing today when at any moment we could lose power (currently working on my latest design), I'd share a beautiful photo that Kat sent me over the weekend.
Kat took my Beginner's Bargello workshop a good number of years ago so it was a wonderful surprise to hear from her again and to receive this photo of the "Summer", the 2nd of four Bargellos taught in my course.
She made a beautiful job don't you thing? and I adore the colors she chose.
Bargello Seasons (the beginner course) was the first Bargello workshop I taught online debuting in early 2003 and since then I've written 3 others - an advanced course featuring Bargello Blues, where you can design your own Bargello, a Circular Bargello and a twisted Bargello. They are all very unique.
