This project bag is ideal for garment-sized projects whether that be knitting, crochet, sewing, or patchwork. It is a great way to keep a project ready to grab when you need something on the go.
This bag can be made from patchwork fabrics for a lightweight bag or a more versatile heavier-weight twill weave fabric such as duck fabric to create a more sturdy and robust bag. It is fully lined with internal pockets to slot in your notions and other tools needed for your project.
The wrist strap handle makes it easy to grab and will slip over your wrist when you're load is a little more than it should be.
It has a zip that not only runs along the top but also down one side so you can easily pull out (or put in) your garment-sized project. The zip (when closed) ensures you don't lose any bits if it should tip upside down!
Options in this pattern include making a wide/short bag as well as a tall/narrow bag - the preference is yours. It even includes instructions on how to make adjustments for shorter zips.
