This pattern, designed by Jennifer Houlden, was inspired by the fabric line Gingerbread Treats manufactured by Northcott, however, any Christmas fabric can be used to create this wonderful and cheerful wall hanging.
Other Christmas prints can be used or other applique blocks or quilting designs can be added to take the place of the printed rows and compliment the pieced blocks which include candy canes, Christmas trees, stars, santa stockings and checkerboard squares.
Bonus: We have included a bonus applique gingerbread block that may be included in this design.
