    • Description

These instructions for a drawstring project bag are quick and easy to make with no handstitching required, decorative boxed corners (easier than regular boxed-corner construction), self-lined pockets, and no-turn handles.

The pattern comes with instructions for THREE sizes and suggests you use a versatile, heavier-weight cotton fabric (such as duck fabric or twill) to create a sturdy, robust bag. However, it may also be made from patchwork fabrics for a lightweight version. The instructions include fully lined internal pockets that can be personalized with divisions to slot in your notions and other small tools needed for your project.

This project bag is ideal for projects of any size, whether that be knitting, crochet, sewing, or patchwork. It is a great way to keep a project ready to grab when you need something on the go.

    Small: 6"(h) x 8" x 4" (15cm x 20.5cm x 10cm) ideal for 1-2 100g skeins (socks or 1 skein shawls)
    Medium: 8"(h) x 9.5" x 4" (20cm x 24cm x 10cm)ideal for 3-4 100g skeins (shawls or small garments)
    Large: 10.5"(h) x 10.5" x 5" (27cm x 27cm x 13cm) ideal for 4 or more 100g skeins (large projects)
