I have to admit, these crafting goals, keep me on my toes! The months are whizzing past and so far I'm keeping up with my crafting for 2025 (see blog post Crafting Goals)
Here is a catch up on what I achieved for February. I've been busy and wonder how I will get on over the next couple of months as I'll be away for part of the time. I can only try to do my best!
So, here's how I've done for February.....
For quilting: A new flower block every month
Achieved! I've made a Forget-me-not flower block. Of course, this is also available as a pattern with detailed templates and step-by-step instructions. You can find that here: Forget-me-not BOW flower block

For Knitting: A Challenge to complete my 25 for 2025 list. Here is the challenge: Knitting/Crochet 25 for 2025 challenge
Progress Made! This month, I can check off socks as I made a new pair for February. I can also check off two other categories, however cannot show you those as they are part of a test knit that will not be revealed until next month. I'll add them in then, and if I remember, update this page when I do.

For Spinning: 5 grams of roving each day all year
Achieved! I have continued with my spinning each day. Some days I have even done more than the 5 grams so I'm getting very close to finishing the colorful roving I received in my advent. Here are the two hanks I've already completed this year.

For Crochet: A temperature blanket
Progress Made! The month of February is completed (apart for the final border around the edge - I'm yet to do that on January too!) It was much hotter in February as you can see. I've added both months so you can compare too.

Toy Making: A gnome challenge by Sarah Schira (one every month).
2nd Achieved! Another gnome has been completed and happily sitting on my window sill with the other two.

This one really is a big gnome. He is sitting on a stump in the window sill.

Embroidery: Make a small Redwork ornament each month.
Achieved! This ornament is a cute little bird on a twig.

I'm thrilled to have made it through February without a hitch. How have you been doing? I'd love to hear!
