Refund policy

Refunds on Shippable Products

We make all products with lots of care and love so I hope you will be satisfied with your Arbee Designs products. Should you find anything wrong, please contact me as soon as possible to work out a solution. If you aren't satisfied with your item(s) I can refund the cost if they are returned in the same condition as when they were sent out. I am unable to refund the shipping costs. The buyer will also have to cover the return postage costs. Please note that custom orders can not be returned.

If an item is faulty, I will be happy to refund or replace the item if it is not possible to fix it easily. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Please email before returning any items and together we can figure out the best solution.

Please note we do the utmost to reproduce the color on screen accurately, but colors will vary on different screens.

Refunds on Downloads

There are no refunds given on downloads, all sales are final. We will gladly correct any mistakes in the download pattern by issuing another download of the same pattern if necessary. It is the responsibility of the receiver to have paper and ink to print out a download if they choose to. Arbee Designs will not be responsible for printer crashes or computer glitches.

Refunds on Workshops

We can offer refunds on workshops as long as you have not signed into the workshop however the refund will be less the processing fee of $4 per workshop. If you prefer, we can transfer you to a different workshop for the full amount.

Didn't Receive Your Download?

Please check your spam folder for the download email. If you still cannot find it please ensure you have our email arbee @ arbeedesigns.com (with spaces removed) in your contacts and use the contact form to notify us by adding the details of your order. We will send you a copy of the download notification you missed or a new link.
