- Description
This is a riff on the traditional 9-patch. It uses many different forms of this traditional block which makes it very easy to put together. But when you look at the final result, it doesn’t look as simple as a 9-patch.
Pat’s pieced patterns have detailed instructions, unlike the very short way patterns are written in magazines, these patterns are written for both those who prefer the visual or the written descriptions. So if you have any trouble following small diagrams that show you how to put the quilt together in one page of instructions, you might find these a relief. Very often, beginners can put together a much more detailed quilt because of the expanded version of the directions.
Fabric Requirement Chart:
*Amounts are minimums based on 40-inch wide fabrics. Extra fabric is advised to compensate for shrinkage and that good old boo-boo effect. These amounts do not include borders.
