    Supplies Needed for This Design

    • FORTY 3" squares from dark green to tan (guide: 10 dark gr, 16 med gr, 6 light gr & 8 tans)
    • TEN 3-3/4" squares from dark green to tan (guide: 2 dark gr, 3 med gr, 2 light gr & 3 tans)
    • SEVEN 2" squares from med green to tan (guide: 3 med gr, 1 light gr & 3 tans)
    • ONE 10" square of light green for applique leaves and stems
    • 10" full width of dark green fabric for outer border and binding
    • SIX 8" squares of poppy fabric
    • ONE fat eighth of poppy fabric for inner border
    • ONE 2" square of black for poppy centers
    • 4" full width of fusible webbing
    • 22" x 18" batting and backing fabric
    • Machine Embroidery thread to match applique fabrics
    • Thread for piecing (dark for piecing bottom half, light for top)
    • Thread for quilting
    • A small design board would be useful
    • Baking Paper, Parchment Paper or Teflon sheet
    • 3/8" bias bar (optional)
    • 4" square ruler (optional)
